When u talk to club managers its always nice thing to have your own mixtape preferably with similiar style thats been played at that club and also there are tons of sites that offer free music hosting for DJ-s, one of the most popular sites are: soundcloud.com, mixcloud.com, mixcrate.com and so on. You need to leverage your DJ potential. If u are producing music in the studio that would also be an advantage but this is a shortcut because quality music requires a lot of studio time.
